Bi-Radial Outline

Dundee features our bi radial outline to perfect it"s combination of straight line grip and effortless turning. Using the larger, more parallel radius between the feet provides plenty of on-the-edge grip and stability at speed whilst dramatically increasing the radius into the tip and tail allows the board to make a a variety of turns from short and tight to long and arcing all the while relying on back foot pressure more akin to riding a surfboard than a snowboard.

V2 Constant Curve Rocker

Tuned and tweaked for the Dundee the V2 CC rocker provides for exceptional tip lift in shorter boards. Conventional rockers have multiple radiuses however our highly developed profile maintains a constant curve from tip to tail. As power increases and you load the rail you naturally transfer more weight to your back foot but the cc rocker contact with the water remains constant (unlike multiple radius versions) no matter how your balance is distributed between your feet, meaning no trim adjustment and no increase in leg pressure is needed – constant grip and constant power in all conditions.

Mould

The Shinn Squoval Mould is the evolution of 10 years of flex R and D. This mould provides exaggerated levels of bi-lateral flex in the tips without allowing the central area to become energy-sappingly soft.  Adapted to fit the more versatile nature of the Dundee we've changed the core build up and laminate through the final 1/3rd of the board to allow full rail carving and effortless control through the worst water conditions. When combined with our Constant Curve Rocker and Progressive Concave the Squoval mould enables us to make seriously comfortable kiteboards, no matter the conditions
